Her experience includes: UNC’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, Duke Integrative Medicine’s Mindfulness Classes, silent meditation retreat at Wat Umong in Chaing Mai, and Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coaching certification program, and a regular meditation practice.
