Meet Claire

Claire is a certified life and health coach that is passionate about supporting teams and corporations to create healthy habits and build mindful awareness for effective collaboration and performance. 

She has been practicing mindfulness for over 9 years. Her experience includes: UNC’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, Duke Integrative Medicine’s Mindfulness Classes, silent meditation retreat at Wat Umong in Chaing Mai, and Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coaching certification program, and a regular meditation practice.

Claire is passionate about teaching individuals and groups skills for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.  She teaches in corporate offices, wellness centers, yoga studios, and event spaces.
