The Coaching Partnership
Meet with Claire virtually or in person over the course of three to six months (how long it takes to create a new habit). This is an evidence based, whole person approach to behavior change, created by behavior change experts at Duke Integrative Medicine. Claire will support you to create and maintain meaningful lifestyle changes through: self assessment, motivation, confidence building, goal setting, action steps, backup plans, and accountability with text/email support.
